founder and owner of Sauber Formula 1 team built this car in 1969. The building which went by the nickname " Käseschnitte " or " piece of cheese " was based on a VW Type 3 and was his first more pure racing sports car after he had for some years been competing with "ordinary" tuned folkor . You could say that his race cars over the years became prettier.
